Hello! I’m Aika Takeshima, and I’m all about making your body healthy and happy through dance and yoga methods at your convenient place! I come to your home, office, or anywhere in NYC as long as you can spread your legs and arms on the floor and when standing!
When your body feels great, your mind and overall well-being follow suit. And let’s face it, life can be stressful and full of things we can’t control. But taking care of your body is something you can control, and that’s where I come in. I use my knowledge as a professional dancer and yoga method for the classes to help you achieve your body goals. My approach focuses on the joints, spine, and pelvis, making it ideal for anyone dealing with lower back pain or stiffness in the body. Plus, it’s great for anyone looking to improve their flexibility and mobility because we’ll do a lot of dancer’s movements, such as “reaching hands far away” like a beautiful dancer. It’s definitely different from authentic body conditioning sessions; instead, you’ll enjoy the organic movements like a dancer.
Before we start, I’ll ask about your goals and aspirations for your body. Whether it’s achieving a full split, reducing back pain, gaining strength, or finding a sense of calm, I’ll customize our sessions to fit your needs. After our sessions, you’ll feel fresh and open, with more mobility and flexibility in your hips and a lightness in your legs. Your posture will improve, too, making you stand taller and feel like a dancer.
Let’s have a happy, healthy body together! We’ll focus on your body for an hour and a half, and you’ll be amazed at what we can accomplish!

Fisrt, I’ll ask about your goals and aspirations for your body. Whether it’s achieving a full split, reducing back pain, gaining strength, or finding a sense of calm, I’ll customize our sessions to fit your needs. It varies person by person since each session will be fully customized to you. The most common flow is; Gathering your focus fully on your body→slowly waking up the entire body→working on the torso→working on the lower body→working on your specific goal/request→cool down
90 minutes
2~3 times in a week is ideal for the best result if you don’t do any other exercise. But once in a week is already so much better than not doing anything!

We human beings need exercise. Honestly for your healthy body, I suggest you keep continuing the sessions with me or anyone or other practices!
